When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, property address (optional), project type, budget range, desired timeline, project description, and how you heard about us.

We ask for this information for one reason — to respond to your inquiry and prepare an accurate estimate for your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you contact us by phone or email instead, we keep a record of that correspondence for the same purpose.

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data: the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the approximate geographic region you are browsing from, the site or search that referred you, and general details about your device and browser.

This data is aggregated and used to understand how people find and use our site so we can improve it. It is not used to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this website and our business. Each one may process some of the data described above:

• Airtable — stores contact form submissions so we can track and respond to project inquiries.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server request logs.
• Google Analytics — provides the website traffic analytics described above.
• Microsoft 365 / Outlook — handles our business email, including correspondence with you.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

We retain project inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them — to follow up on your project, to maintain records for completed work, and to meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations that apply to licensed contractors in Alabama.

If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information
• Ask us to stop contacting you

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to stored inquiries is limited to S&R Contracting personnel who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are directed to homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

We may update this policy as our practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
