For Property & Facility Managers
Commercial Repair & Maintenance in Huntsville, Alabama
Repair, maintenance, and turnover work in buildings that stay in use. Campus, multi-unit, church, and commercial interiors across North Alabama, sold at program scale rather than one repair at a time.
How We Work Best
Repair at Portfolio Scale, Not One Repair at a Time
Most of our largest work arrives as a package. Five mechanical rooms awarded as one scope. Eight structural columns as one scope. Thirteen apartment units as a single turnover program. Roof repairs across multiple campus buildings handled together instead of separately.
The offer is simple. Walk the property with us once, and we will price the whole backlog and phase it across the year. That is a different proposition from calling a contractor when something leaks, and it is where we are most useful to a facilities or property team.
Campus-Wide Assessment and Phased Execution
We walk the buildings with you, document what needs attention, and price it as one program. Then we phase the work across the year so it fits your calendar and your budget cycle instead of arriving as a series of emergencies.
Unit Turnover Programs
Turnover priced per unit across a property, so you know the cost of a unit before it goes vacant. We have taken thirteen apartment units as a single turnover package rather than thirteen separate calls.
Annual Maintenance Agreements
Scheduled walk-throughs on a set cadence, with a standing scope and a known point of contact. Problems get caught while they are still small and still cheap.
Deferred-Maintenance Backlogs
The list every facilities manager keeps and never gets funded all at once. We take the whole backlog as one scope, prioritize it with you, and work through it in planned phases.
The Difference That Matters
Working in Buildings That Stay Open
Almost none of this work happens in an empty building. There are students in the dorm, tenants in the units, a congregation on Sunday, and staff at their desks. Doing repair work well in that environment is a separate skill from doing the repair itself, and it is usually what determines whether a facilities manager calls the same contractor back.
Phasing Around Your Schedule
Dorm work lands in breaks and between terms. Church work goes between services and around the event calendar. Offices and retail get after-hours and weekend sequencing. We build the schedule around the building's use, not the other way around.
Dust and Noise Containment
Poly barriers and temporary partitions at the work boundary, negative air where the work warrants it, and filtration running before demolition starts. Loud work gets scheduled into windows you approve in advance.
Egress and Access Stay Clear
Required exits stay required exits. Corridors, stairwells, and fire equipment stay clear and accessible, and we coordinate any temporary route change with your staff before it happens, not after.
Protecting Finishes and Equipment
Floor protection through the full path of travel, not only the work area. Masking and covering for fixtures, casework, IT and AV equipment, and anything that cannot simply be replaced if it gets damaged.
Notice Before We Start
Your staff and your tenants hear what is happening and when before crews arrive. Posted signage where it helps. A building where people know what to expect generates far fewer complaints than one where they do not.
Where We Work
Facility Types
University and College Campuses
Classroom buildings, dormitories, a library, a campus bookstore, and an athletic center. Academic calendars drive the schedule, and we plan around them.
Apartment and Multi-Unit Properties
Turnover work unit by unit, and across whole buildings when a property is repositioning. Occupied neighbors on every side of the work.
Churches and Nonprofit Facilities
Fellowship halls, classrooms, and sanctuaries. The building has to be ready for services and events, which sets the phasing.
Occupied Commercial Interiors
Offices and retail spaces that stay open. Work sequenced around operating hours, customers, and staff.
Pre-Sale and Turnover Repairs
Repair packages for property managers preparing a unit, a building, or a portfolio for the next tenant or a sale.
What We Take On

Single repairs when that is what you need, and multi-room, multi-unit, or multi-building packages when the work justifies it. If the scope crosses trades, we coordinate them so your team is not managing three separate contractors against one problem.

- Drywall and ceiling repair, including multi-room packages
- Roof repair, including multi-building packages across a campus
- Water damage repair, and the mechanical failures behind it

FAQ
Common Questions
Do you work in buildings that stay occupied?
Nearly all of it. Dormitories with students in them, apartments with tenants in place, churches between services, and commercial interiors during operating hours. The containment, phasing, and notification described above exist because that is the normal condition of this work, not the exception.
Can you take on more than one repair at a time?
That is the majority of what we do at scale. Five mechanical rooms awarded as one scope. Eight structural columns as one scope. Roof repairs across multiple campus buildings in a single program. Pricing a package is usually better for your budget than pricing the same work one call at a time.
What does the assessment involve?
We walk the property with you, document condition and priority, and come back with the whole backlog priced and grouped into phases. There is no charge for the walk-through and no obligation to award any of it.
What insurance do you carry?
General liability at $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. We provide certificates of insurance naming your entity as required, and we can route them directly to your risk or procurement department.
What areas do you serve?
Huntsville, Madison, Meridianville, Hampton Cove, Athens, Decatur, and Harvest, Alabama. We do not work outside North Alabama.
